2 day experiential workshop

This is a workshop in resilience, as opposed to on resilience. This means that it is designed to be interactive and experiential to educate, inspire, and empower you to discover and strengthen your own capacity for resilience in your workplace.

The framework for this workshop is based on the latest psychological research on stress and resilience. It incorporates elements of neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
