With over 20 years experience practicing as an Organizational Psychologist, therapist, executive coach, professor, and trainer supporting humans to flourish, Tracey now partners with change agents and purpose-driven organizations so that they can thrive in their work and have greater positive impact for a better world.
Tracey’s passion lies in cultivating conscious leadership development in individuals and groups. She weaves modern psychological tools with ancient wisdom to bring forth our innate inner and relational capacities. Her areas of specialities are purpose, resilience, relational intelligence, and collective leadership.
She holds a Masters degree in Applied Social Psychology and a coaching certification from the Co-active Training Institute, the world's largest coaching school and has completed their renowned 10-month experiential leadership program.
Tracey has empowered leaders across 5 continents. Highlights have been coaching social impact entrepreneurs in Asia, youth leaders in Uganda, mission-driven leaders in the United Nations and over 800 new managers and senior executives across the Canadian Federal Government.
Her unique background leverages a holistic understanding of the human condition backed by science. She strives to deepen a leader’s foundation by addressing the core underlying beliefs or patterns that drive behaviour in order to create long lasting change.
