With over 15 years experience practicing as an Organizational Psychologist, therapist, executive coach, professor, and trainer supporting humans to flourish, Tracey now partners with change agents and purpose-driven organizations so that they can thrive in their work and have greater positive impact for a better world.

Tracey's passion lies in the psychology of leadership development. She weaves modern research with ancient wisdom and specializes in purpose, collective leadership, collaboration, resilience, psychological safety, and consciousness.

She holds a Masters degree in Applied Social Psychology and holds a coaching certification from the Co-active Training Institute, the world's largest coaching school and has completed their renowned 10-month experiential leadership program.  

Tracey has empowered leaders across 5 continents. Highlights have been coaching social impact entrepreneurs in Asia, youth leaders in Uganda, mission-driven leaders in the United Nations and over 800 new managers and senior executives across the Canadian Federal Government.

Her unique background leverages a deep understanding of the human condition backed by science. She strives to deepen a leader’s foundation by addressing the core underlying beliefs or patterns that drive behaviour in order to create long lasting change. 

Her clients have reported increases in executive presence, leadership range, career fulfillment, confidence, emotional intelligence, relationship building, and overall performance.
