360° CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT - Understand your true leadership impact

We offer the industry standard online 360° measurement tool to assess your leadership impact. This tool supplements our coaching programs, leadership workshops, and culture initiatives.

Through anonymous feedback from your supervisor(s), peers, direct reports, and/or other stakeholders, you will be able to celebrate your current level of effectiveness and understand your greatest competency gaps so you know where to prioritize your development.

We provide ongoing support in our coaching programs to assist you over time to focus on key areas that will make the biggest difference to your growth as a leader.

A 360° assessment designed to accelerate leadership effectiveness beyond traditional competency-based approaches. It is the only 360 that provides focused competency feedback while revealing the underlying assumptions that are causing a leader’s pattern of strengths and limitations. The TLC gives causational insight into what is happening beneath the surface. Once this awareness is established, leadership development can proceed. Without it, change rarely happens.

Learn how to find greater harmony in a busy life with multiple roles, maximize your well-being and productivity; to quickly recover from stressful life and work situations, and have more confidence in tricky situations.

By dealing with root causes rather than symptomatic behaviors, we help you eliminate the distortions that sabotage you, undermine your relationships, and lower your motivation. You can expect greater productivity, higher levels of engagement, and greater capacity for change.
