My work lies at the intersection of leadership development, community building, and social change.
My first job was in a "learning organization" where I experienced the power of a work environment to unlock human potential and transform teams. Since then, I've been passionate about cultivating human potential, empowering change makers, re-humanizing work, and transforming organizations as vehicles for greater social change.
Mission:
- Humanize leadership and organizations
- Cultivate human potential and leadership capacity in change makers
